London born singer Timothy Mckenzie, better known to his fans as Labrinth, is ending 2011 in much the same way he ended 2010. Approximately a year ago, the relatively unknown talent released his first break through single, a collaboration with UK rapper Tinie Tempa, entitled “Let the Sun Shine.” Debuting at an impressive #3 on the UK Singles Chart, the song reached #1 in the weeks that followed. Labrinth looks poised for a repeat with his latest track “Earthquake.” Tinie’s back on vocals for this one and the track’s already charting across the pond. With solid remixes from the likes of Benny Benassi and Noisia, it’s clear that Labrinth is doing something right.
